Comments: On Sunday August 23,2009 I preached my wifes Grannys funeral. As I preached about how she is in Heaven, one of her Grandaughters was birthed into the family of God as she exepted the Lord as her personal savior. We must give God the glory.

Comments: Praise  God for all he's done for me and my family. I got saved on May 22,1984 in a Revival meeting.My husband got saved on the side of the interstate. Glory Be To God, and God is still able to save lost sinners and answer prayers.
Faith as a grain of mustard seed. If my people which are called by my name will humble them selves and pray and turn from their wicked way then will they hear from Heaven and I will heal their land.

Name: TheRevonda MetcalfEmail: Comments: I'm still excited about the young man that got saved Sunday morning.  I have pondered on it and shared the good news to a few of friends at work.  It is so wonderful to know that God still saves today. The words of the young man still penetrate my ears. How he felt so good and that God had forgave him and that he was going to heaven now.  Praise the Lord! for his saving Grace. Thank you Lord for a pastor that is senitive to the Holy Spirit and Christian people that won't give up on a lost soul.  A SOUL WAS SAVED, PRAISE GOD!!! He does save and forgives everything.  God is so lovingl  I'm glad I know him as my personal savior.  Do you?

Name: Julie WyattEmail: Comments: I thought I was saved when I was 13 and was baptised a few months later, but it was not until my mama's funeral that I realized I was wrong and if I did not make that walk I was going straight to hell and I would never see her again.  I made that walk...May 5, 2004.  Every person is different with a different story of their own.  I just know mine.  I have done so many things in my life and looking back, I know that the only reason I am still here is because of JESUS.  He watched over me and kept me safe (even when I did not want him to).  I know that there are some that don't understand why God has allowed bad things to happen, but maybe you should see it from a diiferent perspective.  If you are a parent, please imagine...  You are walking a long with your child, holding their hand, but all of a sudden they fall and get hurt...Does that mean you let it happen...The answer is no.  I am sure that you would be there to pick your child up and comfort them, well God do! es the same thing.  Just because bad things happen to good people doesn't mean he let it happen, but he is there to pick us up and comfort us when it does.  Everyone needs JESUS!  Without him, there is nothing.  He loves you and is there for you no matter what you have done.  He wants you just as you are!!!  The past does have to come up again!  The only thing he wants from you is your love.

Comments: when i was 6 i went down the altar because i heard a preacher preach about heaven and i wanted to go so i did but nobody explained to me how to be saved but i thought i did, my parents got out of church, when i went back i was 21 heard  a message about being sure i wanted to be sure so i went down again but the lady spoke to me and said you know what to do, but i didn't i said a few words and thought i was saved then there was great tragedy in my life i lost my son in a motorcycle accident then lost my daughter to breast cancer my Mom died the next day, i was a mess broken and confused i began seeking God with all my heart and through the work of the Holy Spirit i saw that i was lost and in great need of a Saviour the Lord allowed my dog to get very sick and was bleeding and had gone to the bathroom all over and the was a horrible smell, then the Lord spoke to me and said that is your sin vile as can be but i love you all my righteousness is as filthy rags i cried !
out to God to save my hell deserving soul that i can't come to Him,please come to me and He did i was born again September 19th 2009 Praise God  I am not will never be the same again!!! A CHILD OF THE KING

Comments: First of all, I would like to thank my Jesus for saving me. I didn't deserve His mercy or His love. I also want to praise Him for everything He's done for me & my family. As of Friday, March 13, 2009, there is no more cancer living in my body! Thank you Jesus!!! I thank everyone for their prayers. I know that had it not been for the prayers from true saints of God, I wouldn't be here. Please continue to pray for me & my family. We'll be praying for you too.

Comments: I thank the Lord for saving me...He gave me assurance a couple of weeks ago and I am thankful for that..I had been defeated for a long time but since I got the victory the Lord has really opened my eyes and given me a reality of how close his coming really is. I am thankful that He has given me  the "want to" to know more about him and serve him more than I ever have before. I love my pastor for preaching us the truth. I get my toes stepped on sometimes but I am thankful for that..That just lets me know that God knows what we need. Pray for me that I would be what God would have me be and I will pray for you!! Comments: It started when a beautiful lady who is now my wife invited me to church. The people there loved me and I  wanted so to impress everybody,  I made a  false profession of faith and I continued to live in sin.  August 7, 2001,  in a old fashion Revival at Arden Missionary Baptist Church,  my pastor Steve Rhinehart preached on Hell and the Lord Saved me. Since that day,  God called me to preach on May 22,2003 and all I can do is give God the glory.

Comments: Our family has been going through trials repeatedly over the last five years. It seemed like we weren't out of the current trial when another would be there knocking at our door!  Three years ago something serious hit our family. I was devastated and heartbroken!!  I kept begging God to just, "Make it go away!" Seven months ago the current trial pretty much climaxed.  I became bitter, very bitter and angry!  Why was God letting this sitution happen? Why our family? Would the trials never end?  I was finding excuses to not go to church.  Why should I go, God wasn't going to do anything for us!! Boy was I wrong!!  No matter what, God is there!!  It may be hard to see him, to feel him, but he is there!!!  Holding you, carrying you, whispering in your ear, "I'm here!" you just have to keep your heart open to God.  Open your ears and listen.  Yes the trial is hard!! Extremely hard sometimes, But God Will See You Through!!  I THANK GOD for being there for our family and not leaving us!!!!!
 I thank God for not giving up on me and for continuing to Carry me when I couldn't pick myself up!! GOD IS SO GOOD!!! Well GLORY!! THANK YOU LORD!!

Comments: I was saved at 6 years old and in my twenties I got out of church. I was blessed with a godly mother who prayed and prayed for me to find my way back, Praise be to God that in 2006 my husband and I renewed our faith in God and he has blessed our marriage and made us grow together in Christ our Lord. I thank God for Mt. Sheba Church and all the members who are our friends and family in Christ.
